There might be dozens of tablet PCs on the market, but Apple has the undisputed leader in the iPad. In fact, they might have the top two tablets in the market currently, with the new iPad as the best and the iPad 2, released in 2011, ranking closely behind. Apple’s iOS translated perfectly to the tablet format, and they were quick to fill the App Store with popular apps that take advantage of that tablet format. They’ve sold millions of them already, and will likely sell millions more when a new iPad is announced in 2013.
