iPhone iDont Know Diddly

Just like Bo Jackson in the 1980s (All Star in Baseball, Football, & unstoppable in Tecmo Bowl) the iPhone can do a lot of things well, but they still don’t know Diddley.

Verizon has pointed out there is a lot the iDont but the Droid & Android does.

Recently Google unveiled the Eclair Android 2.0 SDK for developers just before Verizon officially announced the Droid series today which the Motorola Droid will have Eclair 2.0.

One of the highlights of what Android Eclair does is the Google Maps Navigation system which the iPhone at this time iDont.

The Google Maps Navigation is something I have been waiting for as it renders a separate GPS navigation device in the car like having a wristwatch or calculator – a redundant device that is fulfilled with your all in one mobile.

Perhaps the same can be said of the iPhone as you can have it all plus more in an Android device.
