Two devices have our attentions captured right now: the PlayBook and the Storm 3. They promise to bring something new to BlackBerry, which will obviously pique our curiosities. How much will the PlayBook cost? Jim Balsillie told us that it would cost under $500, which is something. Still, it’s a bit of a disappointment if it’s $499. This week, though, we heard a rumor that it might come in a bit lower than that. If the lowest-memory model costs $399, that would promote a ton of sales I think. Now, will RIM move forward with that? Also, the Storm 3 is back in the news. We know it’s going to be a next-gen device, as we learned some of the specs a few weeks ago. What wasn’t clear was whether it would be an LTE device, as originally rumored, or not. That’s looking to be affirmative right now.
