After we learned about four new GSM BlackBerry models a few weeks ago, I wondered where the CDMA models were. Was RIM’s relationship with Verizon fractured? Apparently not. This week we got word of four CDMA models that should hit later this year. I guess all of RIM’s efforts are going into the PlayBook, hence the lack of first half smartphone releases. I offer my take on it, and solicit opinions to the contrary. After all, there has to be another side to this.
