Holy new BlackBerry devices, Batman. We got news this week of four different upcoming models, and they all appear to bring significant upgrades to the BlackBerry line. In fact, once these devices hit your current BlackBerry will look like a wimpy nerd to the new line’s Arnold. So click on over here to hear the BBGeekcast (13 min, 23 sec) And don’t forget to subscribe to the podcast so you won’t miss future episodes!

Highlights include:
BB GeekcastWe start with the Dakota, which is the touchscreen/QWERTY device we’ve been waiting for. This figures to continue the Bold line and be RIM’s flagship device. We could maybe see another regular old BlackBerry this year, but with 9780 recently released and the Dakota on the horizon I doubt it. Then comes the new Curve, which brings a faster processor and a better screen. That’s the significant upgrade we’ve been waiting for. The Torch will get an overhaul, too, and will be packing a seriously awesome 1.2GHz processor. So will the Storm 3, the Monaco, the Monaca, or whatever they’re calling it. Curiously, all four of these devices seem ticketed for GSM carriers.
