It’s a big week for BlackBerry news, as we learned this morning. We’ve got some stuff on the BlackBerry touchscreen device that will drop later this year. Heck, I even uncovered something on the podcast that I missed in the post. The touchscreen looks right, and it should feel right. The OS, too, should be awesome. Maybe it won’t be like this at first, but RIM is working on a hybrid that would combine the current OS version and QNX. That will be quite an OS if it works out right. Apparently, giving them what they want means giving them everything. Plus, a bit on BlackBerry 6 and how relatively few people are running it. This might be a non-North America problem, though, as most of those carriers have released the OS to its customers.
