StickyNote puts your to-do list front and center on your BlackBerry

A system for organizing and prioritizing a to-do list is only effective if executed as planned. I’m sure everyone has implemented a system at some point or other that just hasn’t worked. For me, it was always because the list was out of sight, out of mind. In other words, if I didn’t have the list in front of me at all times I’d let the asks lapse, and the system would be broken. A while back I came across a BlackBerry app that takes care of this issue. It’s called StickyNote, and, well, it does just what you might imagine. You’ll never forget the important items on your to-do list again.

As you can see, the application puts your to-do list front and center. You can edit where the note sits and how large it is, as well as the font face and size. You can also change the display of the note itself. This can be a simple text box, a sticky note, or a notepad. The only downside I see is that it wiped out my wallpaper. In the options you can choose a new background, so it’s not a big deal. This also gives you a chance to pick a wallpaper that matches up well with the note. Also, in a minor gripe, if you have a Today preview it might not sit well over the text. This isn’t a big deal because you can always scroll away from a Today preview icon, leaving the background clean. You can get StickyNote for $2.99. It works with OS versions 4.7 and 5.0.
